Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. Most people know me through my Instagram @annephung, where I share my daily life, highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. To give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. It was my plan to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an employment that was good. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. I believed that this was the ultimate definition of success. life had other plans to demonstrate the meaning of success. Money and the prestige of my job didn't make me feel happy. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn an income. I possessed a love of fitness and being social and helping others while I walked this new path in life I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. In this field, there are not many Asian females. My goal in this industry is to help create a sustainable and healthier lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams so that they can achieve what they wish to do. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my lifethat of losing my Mom. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory about her each day. If you don't realize the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in providing us with what we truly need. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I am convinced that my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her death. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life, and I got the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is an experience of vitality and awareness. It's like I'm truly living rather than just surviving. The purpose of sharing my experience is to let you know that you're not the only one. I hope that you believe that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Your health is your most valuable asset. I pray that you live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets because dying is the only possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
